If you are unhappy with your order, then we will be glad to accept returns, exchange items, or do cancellations.
Conditions include:
- If you are unhappy with your order and would like to return it, then please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Return items should be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the order, and the product should reach our warehouse with in 30 days.
- If you would like to request a cancellation please do so within 8 hours of purchase.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The returned product should reach us in its original condition without any damage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any damages.

All our products are shipped directly from our store in Kashmir, India.
